QUESTIONS
How fast can you get to me?+
Arrival time depends on traffic and your location, but our motorcycle dispatch lets us cut through Miami traffic in a fraction of the time of a tow truck. We aim to reach you as fast as possible and keep you updated before we arrive.
Do you help with dead batteries and flat tires?+
Yes — both. We jump-start dead batteries on-site (and can replace them too), and we patch or change flat tires right where you're parked.
Do you work after hours?+
We're available 7 AM to 10 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 7 PM on Friday. We're closed Saturday — we keep the 7th-day Sabbath as Yashua our Lord commanded. Please call to confirm availability.
Can you help if I am near the airport, South Beach, or Little Havana?+
Absolutely. We serve Miami and surrounding South Florida — the airport, South Beach, Little Havana, Coral Gables, Kendall, and beyond.
Do you tow?+
No, we do not tow. We're a roadside-assistance specialty service. If you need a tow, we can refer you to a trusted local company.
